I would just like to say thank you very much for the scroll we ordered.
I did spell the name 'Frederick' wrong, I missed out the 'r' in 'Fred', but you spotted my mistake and very kindly put the scroll with the correct spelling in the frame and sent another scroll with the incorrect spelling, just in case.
If it wasn't for you, the scroll for my Dad could have gone horribly wrong!
